Description

Tender, juicy chicken legs that are tossed in seasonings and baked until they have a crispy skin!

Ingredients:

1 8 chicken drumsticks about 2 lb

2 2 Tbsp olive oil

Seasonings

1 1 tsp sea salt

2 ½ tsp ground black pepper

3 1 tsp garlic powder

4 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika

5 ¼ tsp chili powder

6 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions:

1 Preheat the oven to 425 degree F.

2 Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and then parchment paper.

3 Remove drumsticks from packaging. Pat them dry with paper towels. Place into a resealable plastic bag. Add oil oil and toss to coat.

4 In a small bowl combine seasonings. Add to bag and toss until chicken is coated.

5 Place drumsticks on the baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees or higher.
