Description

Yummy fall apart ribs

Ingredients:

1 3 pounds country style pork ribs

2 1 T brown sugar

3 1 t each salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin

4 1/4 t pepper

5 3/4 cup beef broth

6 1/2 cup BBQ sauce*

Instructions:

1 1. In a small bowl, mix together the dry rub ingredients until well combined. Spread the rub evenly on all sides of the ribs and massage into the meat.

2 2. Pour the beef broth into the bottom of your Instant Pot. Add the ribs to the Instant Pot and pour the BBQ sauce over them.

3 3. Lock the lid on the pressure cooker. Cook on manual, high pressure, for 45 minutes. After the cooking is finished, use the natural release method. This will take about 15-20 minutes.

4 4. Remove ribs and serve immediately with extra BBQ sauce as desired.
