Description

So much easier to make than the deep fried kind and probably a little better for you.

Ingredients:

1 1 lb chicken wings

2 1tsp baking powder

3 1/2 tsp salt

4 1/2 tsp garlic powder

5 1/2 tsp onion powder

6 1/4 tsp black pepper

7 1-1/2 tsp vegetable oil

Hot Sauce

1 1/4 cup butter

2 Franks's hot sauce to taste

Instructions:

1 Pat the wings dry with paper towels. Combine the wings, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.

2 Let stand for 5 minutes, longer is better.

3 Pour the oil over the wings and mix to coat

4 Divide the wings between 2 cooking trays and position them on the top and middle racks.

5 Set the air fryer to air fry mode and the time for 30 minutes. Switch the trays halfway through cooking.

6 Meanwhile, mix butter and hot sauce in a saucepan and melt over medium-low heat.

7 Toss the wings in the sauce and serve.

Contributors Notes:

The Costco shrink packs are about 1-1/2 lbs but work fine with these measurements but add a little extra baking powder
